terms and agreements before your placing an order. It is understandable that when you place an order with us, you agree with
all of our terms and conditions.
General Information -
Gemstone Jewelries.com strives to provide you with the most accurate, up-todate price, description and product
information. However, we reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to errors, changing market conditions, product
discontinuation, typographical or photographic errors in advertisement, or product descriptions, In the event a product is
listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing information received from our supplier or typographical error, we shall
have the right to refuse/cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price, weither or not the order has been
confirmed or credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and we cancel your order,
we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount paid.
Policies, item availability and prices are subject to change without notice,
specially due to the fluctuation in the price of products and market conditions.
Satisfaction Guarantee -
We have a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee on our products and services, but Gemstone Jewelries.com makes no
warranty, either express or implied, including without limitations , any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose.
Gemstone Jewelries.com will retain title to the products until payment is fully paid and received by us..
Our guarantee against defects may vary or even become null and voided for orders going to exported. All merchandise shall
be shipped wilth insurance either going nationally or internationally.
Returns and Refunds -
Returns :
*must be made only with approved written authorization
from us , otherwise they may not be accepted. Authorization request must be made within 5 business day upon the receipt of
the merchandise by e-mailling us at returns@gemstonejewelries.com.
*merchandise must be shipped back on its original
condition, original packaging and with appropriate insurance .
*shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
*returned items are subjected for a restocking charge
of 15% of the merchandise cost and must be made with an approved authorization.
* we will replace you with another piece , depending
on availability or refund your money ( authorized by us first ) or we will issue you a merchandise credit for your
future purchase with us.
*no returns/refunds shall be made after 30 days of
receipt of merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS!
